Our Leaders


Robin Kaiser, President, and CEO

An experienced manager with more than 18 years of CMS, government, and commercial project management and information technology experience. She specializes in the development of new business, team growth, and the coordination of corporate and team resources. Her goal is to create a dynamic place to work that is challenging, rewarding, creative, and respectful of ideas, innovations, and individuals. She provides program management and business development support of multi-million-dollar government contracts involving professional, technical, and administrative support services for Federal Government and HHS agencies.

Prior to founding SoftDev, Robin’s professional experience included working with GlaxoSmithKline, Duke Clinical Research Institute, Quintiles, and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. With this experience, she gained an expert understanding of the system development life cycle and various system development methodologies.

Tim Hesse, COO

Tim Hesse is an experienced change agent, leader, and communicator.  Driven by logic and common sense, he takes pride in providing the best working environment possible.  Tim graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Weslyan College with a degree in Computer Information Systems and has over 15 years’ experience in federal government Health IT working with software testing and business analysis.  As the Chief Operating Officer, his goals include driving sustainable growth and continuous improvement.  In addition to his primary job functions, Tim has been recognized for his energy, sense of humor, and extraordinary commitment to efficiency.
