Overview
One of our best clients is seeking a talented UI Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

This company reimagined organizational learning and compliance training software with a fully automated and configurable platform. Their technology reduces time-consuming onboarding and administration processes so that employees can easily learn and go. Their tool also provides managers with real-time status transparency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide UI/Front-end leadership and expertise
  • Assist in the development of the UI team
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
  • Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React.js
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and to make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • .NET (moving to CORE .NET)
  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in React.js and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with design tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred
Compensation
At the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000 and $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, dependent upon the position offered.
