Their technology reduces time-consuming onboarding and administration processes so that employees can easily learn and go. Their tool also provides managers with real-time status transparency.
Responsibilities
At the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000 and $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, dependent upon the position offered.

Responsibilities
- Provide UI/Front-end leadership and expertise
- Assist in the development of the UI team
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React.js
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and to make adjustments as needed
- .NET (moving to CORE .NET)
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in React.js and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred
