As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a vital part of the team using your solid technical foundation to solve complex challenges with forward-thinking solutions, supporting a federal client with projects at various stages and new development. Responsibilities
- OpenShift Management
- Troubleshoot issues in Openshift Clusters
- Ensure OpenShift clusters availability
- Check and apply patches as needed
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Develop and Maintain:
- Kubernetes orchestral container platforms
- Container platform ecosystem
- Participate as part of a technical team responsible for the overall support and management of the Container Platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Administration Certification
- Experience with the following:
- Openshift administration
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- RedHat
- CI/CD methodology and tools
- Ansible
- OpenScale & OpenShift
- Linux – including RHEL Linux
- Jenkins
- Bash and YAML
- SCM Management
Compensation
At the start of employment is expected to be between $130,000 and $140,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, dependent upon the position offered.
