Right Resources offers a complete benefits package designed to meet the needs of our associates. Full-Time employees are eligible to participate in the Health and Dental benefit plans on the first (1st) day of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

Full-Time Corporate Employees are eligible for coverage in Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability (STD), and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans on the first (1st) day of the month following the 90 days of full-time employment with Right Resources at no cost to the employee.
